Before you share your story ...

LET ME TELL YOU MINE

I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Langley, BC, documenting stories across the Greater Vancouver area. But being a photographer is just one piece of me. I’m also a daughter, a partner, a mom, a therapist, a yogi, a traveler—and at heart, a wanderer, always curious, always exploring, and collecting the kinds of moments that turn into lasting memories.

I first picked up a camera to hold onto my own adventures—the kind of moments you don’t want to forget. But somewhere along the way, it became so much more than that. Photography became how I slow down and really see what’s in front of me. It’s how I connect, how I notice the quiet beauty in everyday life, and how I capture what something feels like, not just what it looks like.

For me, photography is more than a business—it’s my creative expression, something that truly nurtures my soul and feeds my spirit. It’s personal, intuitive, and deeply meaningful. It’s about telling stories without needing words and holding onto moments that might otherwise pass by too quickly.

I’m drawn to the in-between moments—the soft, honest, real ones. The kind you can come back to years later and feel all over again. That’s what I hope to give through my work: something warm, something true, something you can carry with you.

I LOVE ADVENTURE

I am constantly seeking new experiences. I find the world a fascinating place with so much wonder to offer. You could describe me as a wild child at heart with old soul vibes.

My Approach...

I take a documentary-style approach to photography, but really it’s about showing up and letting things unfold naturally.

I’m not here to make you perform or turn your experience into something staged. I’m here to notice it as it unfolds—the real laughs, the quiet in-between moments, the little gestures you might not even realize you’re making. The kind of moments that don’t always feel big when they’re happening, but mean everything later.

I’ll gently guide when it helps. Simple direction that keeps things feeling natural—things like moving together, slowing down, or just giving you a small prompt that brings out a real connection. Those “must-have” photos still matter, but they come from real moments, not forced ones.

Every story is different, and that’s what I love most about this work. Your experience isn’t meant to look like anyone else’s. It’s meant to feel like you.

I’m drawn to the everyday things—the in-between moments you might not notice while you’re in them. The way someone reaches for your hand without thinking. The pause before a smile. The ease that shows up when you stop thinking about the camera.

More than anything, I want you to feel comfortable enough to just be yourselves. I’ll hold space for you so you can stay present and actually enjoy what’s happening, without overthinking it or worrying about how it looks.

Because the goal isn’t just to document what happened—it’s to help you remember what it felt like to be there.

My Why...

In my life, I wear a few different hats. Alongside photography, I’m also a registered clinical counsellor.

In my counselling practice, I support people through some of life’s most difficult moments—families navigating challenges, couples working to reconnect, individuals carrying grief and loss, and those healing from trauma. It’s meaningful work, and often heavy. I feel deeply humbled to witness that kind of vulnerability and growth.

Photography gives me a different lens to step into. One where I get to see people not in crisis, but in connection. I see families laughing together, couples holding each other a little closer, people softening into themselves in ways they might not always get to feel in everyday life.

What I love most is witnessing people fully living—not just getting through, but actually being present in joy, love, and connection.

For me, photography isn’t just about capturing what something looks like. It’s an emotional experience we share together. My hope is that when you look back at your images, you’re reminded of what it felt like to be in those moments—the foundation of your story, and the beauty and depth that already exists within it.
